Project Director OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Director to oversee renovation projects, manage stakeholders, and lead teams towards successful project delivery.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee renovation projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Resolve site issues, variation orders, and unforeseen project challenges promptly.
  • Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Prepare progress reports, claims, and handover documents.
RequirementsWe require a strong understanding of Singapore's building codes, regulations, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in renovation, A&A, or construction works.
