Senior Manager, Integrated Facilities Management
Job Description:
As a Senior Manager, Integrated Facilities Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of nursing homes facilities. This role requires a dynamic and forward-thinking individual who can drive innovation and smart technologies to enhance performance.
This position involves managing a comprehensive suite of facilities management service deliverables, ensuring operational excellence and quality. You will be at the forefront of implementing smart building technologies and FM digital platforms, leveraging data analytics to optimize performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, technical and operational expertise across FM domains, and proven ability in crisis management. Additionally, they should have experience in project management, commissioning of new facilities, and contract/vendor management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Infrastructure & Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of FM experience preferably in large-scale or critical facilities (e.g., hospitals, multiple sites).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Technical and operational expertise across FM domains.
- Proven ability in crisis management.
- Financial and budgeting skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
