  • As a Senior Automation Specialist, you will oversee the delivery of automation projects from start to finish. This includes engineering, simulation, factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), commissioning, and handover.

Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and implement programmable logic controller (PLC) programs and SCADA applications, conduct simulations, and maintain existing systems.
  • Prepare electrical/instrument/control cable schedules, instrument installation plans, and perform site activities, documentation, and client communication.
  • Lead day-to-day site activities, assign tasks, coordinate tools/materials, and supervise technicians to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Control & Automation or equivalent is required.
  • Hands-on experience with instrumentation, control wiring practices, reading P&IDs/loop diagrams, and strong documentation skills are essential.
  • Effective stakeholder communication and team leadership at site are also necessary.
