About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and experience with Siemens PLC applications, TIA Portal, and SCADA systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and commission Siemens PLC applications, including EPLAN and S7-300, 400, 1200, 1500, and TIA Portal.
- Develop and configure CITECT SCADA (also known as AVEVA Plant SCADA), including graphics, alarms, and diagnostics.
- Execute testing, FAT, SAT, and onsite commissioning.
- Maintain project documentation, including FDS, SDS, MSRA, and as-built documents.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during development and commissioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial automation projects, preferably from a System Integrator.
- Prior work in GMP environments (e.g., pharma/chemical sectors).
