You have a fantastic opportunity to join the Operations Excellence Team as an Industrial Automation Project Manager. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, budgeting, and implementing automation systems on the manufacturing level to optimize production processes.Your main responsibilities will include reporting on project status, achievements, and lessons learned, sharing expertise with team members, overseeing the maturity and maintenance of installations, contributing to CAPEX planning, carrying out feasibility studies, ensuring optimal functionality of Industrial IT/OT systems, maintaining an overview of systems and software applications, and acting as the first point of contact for production facility outages caused by disruptors.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations, train employees on system usage, and deploy temporary engineers/consultants when necessary. This role will require 30-50% travel and you will report to the Director of Process and Industrial Projects.To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of automation systems and tools, familiarity with different automation technologies, strong project management skills, effective communication abilities, and a continuous learning mindset. Problem-solving skills, experience in the automation field, and knowledge of relevant directives and norms are also essential. A Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical/Automation, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience is required, along with proficiency in MS Office tools and fluency in English and the local language.,
