Senior Sales Professional for IC and Semiconductor Customers

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team at RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. This role is focused on maximizing sales by promoting product growth and account direction for assigned IC and Semiconductor customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to increase opportunities for assigned customers
  • Identify and convert new opportunities into sales
  • Execute design activities for IC/semiconductor customers and align with the Product Team for sales promotions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct business meetings, and support technical and business inquiries
  • Stay updated on industry trends and perform IC marketing activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop business plans
  • Drive promotion activities in OEM customers through global IC reference design

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IC/Semiconductor industry
  • Positive attitude, proactive and persistent mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Engineering background or relevant experience is a plus

Estimated Salary: SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum, depending on experience
