Job Title: Performance Improvement Professional

We are seeking a skilled Performance Improvement Professional to lead and develop the Learning & Development function. The role involves managing a team, creating and delivering engaging learning programmes, and supporting employee development across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the L&D team by providing guidance and direction to ensure the achievement of organisational goals.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programmes for employees using various methodologies and technologies.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new employees are properly integrated into the organisation.
  • Create high-quality learning content and resources that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Ensure training initiatives align with organisational goals and compliance requirements by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes using metrics such as participant feedback, engagement rates, and job performance improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a team within a learning and development function, with a track record of success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to different learning styles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands, while maintaining a resilient and adaptable approach to work.
