Job Title:
Facility Operations Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and work with a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the general cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the facility and its immediate surroundings meet high standards.
  • Supervise the duties of operations executives, enrolment officers, security teams, maintenance staff, and housekeeping personnel.
  • Collaborate with the security executive to ensure security operations are adequately carried out in line with established standard operating procedures.
  • Attend to incidents and disciplinary matters involving residents and liaise with their employers to resolve any issues amicably.
  • Foster close relationships with clients to gain their trust and confidence in the services provided by the facility.
  • Liaise with government authorities on matters that may arise from time to time.
  • Lead, nurture, and guide staff for optimal performance and output in the management of the facility.
  • Ensure all operational procedures are carried out in accordance with ISO 9002 standards and workplace safety and health guidelines.
  • Oversee fire evacuation drills conducted by the facility management team and take charge of crisis management in the event of an emergency.
  • Work with the facility manager to achieve annual key performance indicators set by management and report progress regularly.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management or Property Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing residential facilities with a capacity of 5000 and above.
  • Good communication skills, computer literacy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and work with team members.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferably with prior experience in facilities/property/estate management.
