About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the maritime, trade and offshore finance sector. As a legal associate, you will be responsible for a broad range of marine asset finance, general banking and project finance transactions for clients across the region.

You will work alongside experienced partners and colleagues to manage client files and relationships, draft and review financing or leasing documentation, negotiate transaction documents, conduct legal research, and support business development events.

This role requires a highly organized and resilient individual with excellent numerical and communication skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering excellence to clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A qualified lawyer with experience in finance law, preferably gained at a leading firm in Singapore, UK or US.
  • Strong academic credentials are expected.
  • Able to develop informal networks of contacts and work independently.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and good housekeeping practices are essential.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
