**Senior Legal Counsel Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime law and at least 8 years of experience in providing strategic legal advice to internal teams.

  • Provide strategic legal advice to internal teams and coordinate with external counsel to maintain legal standards across all business initiatives.
  • Handle legal matters related to maritime and admiralty law, especially in cross-border or industry-specific contexts.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and corporate agreements.

  • Collaborate with business units to manage legal risks, regulatory compliance, and operational alignment.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Law degree (preferably in Maritime Law or equivalent) with at least 8 years' legal experience.
  • Background in commodities, maritime, shipping, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
  • Proven strength in drafting, negotiation, legal analysis, and contract management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
