Job Title: Overseas Sourcing Specialist

Job Description:

As an overseas sourcing specialist, you will play a vital role in managing relationships with training centers, recruiters, and partner agencies across various countries.

  • You will be responsible for identifying and selecting the most suitable candidates for clients based on their requirements and preferences.

You will also need to coordinate travel arrangements, medical checks, and other logistics to ensure seamless deployment of helpers.

  • Maintaining accurate records of candidates, employer requests, and placement status is essential to ensure all placements comply with regulatory standards.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strong communication and negotiation skills, working closely with clients and candidates to meet their needs.

  • Fostering positive relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and customer service is crucial.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in maid agency operations, with a strong background in overseas sourcing. They will also have excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
