Procurement Manager Job

Purchasing and planning specialists are essential to the smooth operation of our organization. As a procurement manager, you will oversee ROV procurement projects and activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand technical requirements and develop procurement strategies.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers, source and manage them effectively.
  • Plan and purchase materials from both overseas and local suppliers, meeting site or warehouse deadlines.
  • Create comparison sheets detailing price, terms, and lead times for approval prior to issuing purchase orders or executing agreements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and handle complaints in a structured manner.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in relevant field such as supply chain management or business administration.
  • Proficient in English language skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in procurement and planning roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, planning, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems like IFS or Microsoft Navision.
