Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring equipment, spare parts, materials, and contractors for services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in material sourcing, preferably in the metalwork fabrication industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • sourcing and purchasing of equipment, spare parts, and materials;
  • obtaining quotations and preparing purchase orders;
  • checking invoices and delivery orders before processing for approval;
  • maintaining proper documentation and records of relevant information;
  • performing Goods Receipt Note (GRN) on the MRP system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of material sourcing, preferably in the metalwork fabrication industry;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
