Senior Operations Associate Role

Job Description:

Our team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth. The team plays an important role in building go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing business skills. We ensure flawless execution and operations against business outcomes and priorities.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in management consulting, business operations, or business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and focus areas
  • Conduct analysis to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment
  • Engage and influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Design and implement operational processes

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or business strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business or product strategy consulting
  • Knowledge of the business cycle
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and business acumen skills
