
Departmental Liaison Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the flow of information within the department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, recording, and distributing reports and information to relevant personnel.
- Preparing daily assignments for room attendants and housekeepers, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborating with the GR's room controller to manage unassigned rooms, rush rooms, and reassignments as needed.
- Liaising with floor supervisors, managers, and facilities staff to address defects and maintenance requests.
- Monitoring inventory discrepancies, VD turn VC, and DO with VC status.
- Coordinating with the Engineering department on maintenance requests and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Housekeeping Operations
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
Able to provide clear instructions over the phone
Secondary school graduate or higher
