Departmental Operations Supervisor

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of departmental functions.
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the senior management team in overseeing daily operations and driving strategic initiatives forward. You will also be responsible for supervising a small team, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and contributing to policy development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the senior management team in planning, organizing, and supervising day-to-day operations.
- Leading and motivating a small team to achieve departmental goals and targets.
- Preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and proposing process improvements.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Supporting the development and implementation of policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Handling escalated issues and resolving operational challenges efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); industry-specific software knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
