Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Dry Bulk Trader to join our team. As a Senior Chartering Manager, you will play a key role in driving earnings on assigned tonnage through active trading of cargoes and vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short-term trading strategies to maximise revenue
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, owners, customers, and internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure voyage optimisation and service delivery
  • Share timely market intelligence to support informed trading decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in dry bulk Chartering (Supramax)
  • Strong familiarity with the Pacific dry bulk markets
  • Proven track record in trading cargoes and managing tonnage
  • Basic understanding of freight derivatives (FFA) and hedging tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commercial mindset
