Sales Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at AMB PACKAGING PTE LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new marketing and business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new sales prospects
- Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects to drive sales growth
- Maintain and develop a good relationship with customers through professional and quality customer service
- Attend to and handle customer complaints and enquiries
- Contribute to overall sales objectives and achieve individual and company goals
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Preferably with 2 years of related sales experience in the printing and packaging industry
- Possess a good track record in meeting sales targets and objectives
- Candidates with printing knowledge will have an added advantage
- Performance-driven and self-motivated with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and initiative
- Able to work in a team and also perform independently
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive remuneration package that is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Advancement prospects are excellent for the candidate with the right attitude and commitment. The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
