Administrative Support for Home Care Services

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support to the home care services team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Home Care Services Manager and Senior Medical Social Worker.
  • Send invoices and collect out-of-pocket payments from clients.
  • Ensure prompt and consistent follow-up with clients on payment matters.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their out-of-pocket payments.
  • Manage the issuing of invoices and accuracy in collection of receivables.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in invoicing and collecting payments is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is essential.
  • A good command of English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Minimum 3 months commitment, 5 days per week (9am to 6:30pm), with potential Saturdays required.
  • Possibility of extension or transitioning to a full-time position in the future.
