Patient Experience Strategist

We are seeking a Patient Experience Strategist to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in public relations, communications and counselling related fields, with prior experience in patient relations work from the healthcare/social service industry. They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
As a Patient Experience Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing organizational strategies for patient relations and positive experiences in the patients' journey of care. This includes establishing contact with patients and their families, providing expert support, and supervising ward ambassadors. You will also work collaboratively with Corporate Communications, Pastoral Care Services, and Nursing to organize patient engagement events and develop programs that promote patient engagement and improve patient experiences.
In this role, you will be required to have a strong understanding of patients' needs and preferences, as well as the ability to provide emotional support and guidance. You should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish contact with patients and their families to ensure a positive experience throughout their journey of care.
- Provide expert support to patients and their families, including emotional guidance and practical solutions.
- Supervise and train ward ambassadors to ensure they provide exceptional patient care and support.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Pastoral Care Services, and Nursing to develop and implement patient engagement events and programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in public relations, communications, and counselling related fields.
- Prior experience in patient relations work from the healthcare/social service industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of patients' needs and preferences.
- Ability to provide emotional support and guidance.
- Leadership and collaboration skills.
Salary: SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
