Event Experience Provider

Job Summary:
Our organization is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Event Experience Provider to join our team. As an Event Experience Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun and memorable experience for event attendees by setting up, operating, and dismantling photo booth equipment and props.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Set up and dismantle photo booth equipment and props on-site.
2. Operate and monitor the photo booth during events to ensure a smooth experience for guests.
3. Engage with guests and encourage them to participate in photo booth activities, providing a friendly and professional attitude throughout.
4. Troubleshoot minor technical issues that may arise during events, with training provided as needed.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of props and equipment.

Requirements:
1. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to interact effectively with people, and enjoy engaging with guests.
2. Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
3. Physically fit to handle and set up equipment (approximately 10–15kg).
4. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per the event schedule.
5. Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.
6. Interest in photography, events, or technology setup is considered advantageous.
