Photo Booth Events Coordinator

We are a creative photo booth company that brings fun and memorable experiences to events. As we continue to grow, we need an Administrative Professional to join our team.

  • Manage incoming enquiries via email, phone and social media
  • Prepare and send quotations, invoices and booking confirmations
  • Coordinate event schedules and liaise with clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in planning and organising logistics for each booking
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
  • Support sales and marketing activities, including social media content, campaigns and partnerships
  • Keep records of bookings, payments and client communications
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

A strong candidate will have prior experience in administration, customer service or sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be well-organised, able to manage multiple tasks and comfortable using email, spreadsheets and scheduling tools. In addition, they will be creative and proactive in sales and marketing initiatives and able to work independently as well as in a team.
