Quote Management Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Quote Management Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality quotes to our customers.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry, with a sound understanding of customer and corporate programs offered by our company.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality quotes to customers within set timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to identify opportunities and deliver competitive quotes.
  • Main lead for SBDU positioning conference calls with Program Manager or independently.
  • Ability to challenge Sales on their strategy with objectivity and clarity of vision and mission.
  • Confirm, vet, amend quote coversheets, including detailing strategy, ensuring Quote Management is effective and parts are cleansed correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to fully understand all the responsibilities of a Quote Specialist and guide them effectively.
  • Review all quoted lines using the quote checklist and timeline, especially with Quote Specialist.
  • Analyze if initial quote strategy has been achieved, identifying areas of obstacles and working together with the Strategic Program Manager for direction and guidance.
  • Work with Product Marketing to ensure quality quotes are completed within set timelines.
