Quote Support Engineering Leader

**Partner with the best**:
In this role, you will provide first point of contact for price, quotes, orders and general inquiries. You will be accountable for accurate and expeditious entry of orders received from customers.

As Quote Support Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team of engineers, Assigning and supervise tasks, manage resource loading across multiple team members and priorities.
- Coach, mentor, develop training plans and support performance evaluation, technical and career development of team members.
- Tracking team performance metrics. Ensuring expected results in term of quality, execution time, and cost.
- Supporting the maintenance of engineering data in ERP system
- Coordinating workload for the Quotes and Requisition activities
- Collaborating with all Engineering teams to improve our quote Processes and Tools in a global environment.
- Engaging in technical discussions, participate in technical designs/solution and discuss solution through global collaboration (Internally and with our customers)

**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor’s degree of Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Have a minimum 8 years of experience in an Engineering Design / Analysis /Scientific / Technical Position.
- Have a minimum 4 years of experience in an Engineering leadership position.
- be a seasoned professional with a solid technical knowledge to be able to handle any technical queries.
- Be analytically good in cost estimating and risk assessment.
- Must have knowledge of valves products.
- Proven analytical skill set & strategic mindset.
- Proven success in a role requiring process and program management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a cross-functional, matrix team environment.
- Willingness to travel a few times a year, with international travel required.
- Must be a self-starter, independent worker.
- Must possess above average presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
