Job Title: Career Opportunity for Site SupervisorsWe are seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Site Supervisors. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of construction projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and instruct site workers, setting schedules and monitoring their performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address potential hazards immediately
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to align activities with the project plan
  • Order and manage construction materials inventory
  • Problem-solve and troubleshoot issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget
Education and Qualifications:To qualify for this position, candidates typically need a high school diploma or equivalent. However, a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant certifications such as SUPERVISE CONSTRUCTION WORK FOR WSH (SCW / BCSS) are also essential. Additionally, 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role, demonstrating successful personnel and project management, is required.
