About the Role

To assist in overseeing the smooth execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating site activities to prevent problems that could impact cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Review equipment and material requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Manage correspondence and documentation with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Supervise and monitor site labor forces and subcontractors, ensuring they work efficiently and safely.
  • Liaise with authorities, clients' representatives, and consultants to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Verify that all plans and work conform to specifications and industry standards.
  • Address technical difficulties and resolve any site-related problems promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
  • Highly organized, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
