We are seeking a committed and adaptable Cybersecurity professional to join our team in a dynamic and evolving role.

Job Description

The role encompasses both pre-sales support and post-sales implementation activities, with a stronger emphasis on the latter.

You will be responsible for conducting assessments and design workshops for customers, assessing the gaps of security controls, providing solutions to fix the gaps, carrying out installation and configuration of products, conducting OS hardening, and providing standby support.

In addition, you will contribute to writing proposals, devising methodologies to integrate into customer environments, researching solutions, and presenting proposals to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have approximately three to five years of hands-on experience in either the IT or cybersecurity domain.

Experience in implementing, operating, and advising on cybersecurity solutions is highly preferred.

Candidates should possess strong analytical troubleshooting capabilities, a proactive attitude, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Able to speak both Mandarin and English fluently, with some experience in writing solution proposals and industry certification in CISSP or equivalent being advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct Assess and Design Workshop for customers.
  • Assess the gaps of security controls of organization.
  • Provide solutions to fix the gaps.
  • Carry out installation and configuration of product purchased by customer.
  • Conduct OS hardening according to Security Configuration Compliance Policy.
  • Conduct SIT, UAT and OAT.
  • Conduct training.
  • Create documentation.
  • Provide standby support.
  • Guide associates who do security operation services if necessary.
  • Contribute to writing proposal.
  • Devise methodology to integrate into customer environment.
  • Research solution if applicable.
  • Presentation proposal to customer.
