Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cost statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Cost Management: Perform detailed cost analysis, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and analyze inventory costs, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
  • Financial Forecasting: Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting, and monitor financial performance against budget.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CMA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
