Job Title: Business & Finance Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Business & Finance Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting business intelligence efforts through in-depth research, analysis, and interpretation of policies, industries, and corporate landscapes across Southeast Asia.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deriving future strategies and influencing competitors' actions by analyzing market trends and investment movements in Southeast Asia.
  • Analyzing competitor technology levels and discovering potential cooperation opportunities with HQ.
  • Investigating incentives and guardrail policies for each country related to the semiconductor industry and beneficiary companies.
  • Performing market and industry trend analysis using global, continental, and country economic indicators.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure performance and progress.
  • Sensing and reporting South-East Asia's geo-political, economical, and geographical issues.
  • Analyzing data impact and ensuring accuracy and reliability for decision-making purposes.
  • Updating tax trends in Southeast Asian countries.
  • Attending and reporting on industry-relevant local exhibitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Strategy / Environmental Science / Social Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to sense and report market trends and provide forecasts.
  • Extensive knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and proposal making.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
