We are seeking a customer-focused and service-oriented Product Specialist to drive adoption and sales across local retailers, contributing to the commercial and brand success of our products.
- Develop a deep understanding of product features, technical specifications, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends.
- Be the subject matter expert for customers in stores and establish meaningful touchpoints with clients.
- Proactively promote our products and demonstrate their use to end consumers.
- Develop sales pitches, monitor industry trends, and perform basic reporting.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning and market share.
- Support trade events and in-store activations when required.
- Experience dealing with retailers and/or consumers in a retail or consumer goods company.
- Proficiency in at least 2 languages including English is mandatory.
- Pleasant personality and enjoy serving customers.
- Retail sales and/or customer service experience will be advantageous.
- Able to commit to a 5-day work week including some weekends where required.
