Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in monitoring and managing day-to-day project operations, including coordinating with consultants and sub-contractors, attending meetings, and ensuring that works are executed to the required quality standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of the project.
  • Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors on project matters.
  • Attend meetings with owners/client/contractors/sub-cons on project-related matters.
  • Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve discrepancies.
  • Carry out in-progress inspections and joint inspections.
  • Update the project quality plan as necessary.
  • Assist Project Manager on assigned tasks.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Preferably Senior Executive Specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
