Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Design Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-quality geotechnical engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and assessing various geotechnical and civil engineering works, including ground improvement, foundation, excavation, earth retaining structures, slope stability, instrumentation, and site investigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design Development: Develop and implement geotechnical designs for various infrastructure projects.">
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with project stakeholders, clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.">
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and guide junior engineers and site staff to maintain high-quality standards of design and supervision.">
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of project activities, progress, and outcomes.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent recognized by PEB.">
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of design working experience in geotechnical engineering projects.">
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with structural and geotechnical design in Eurocodes and proficiency in geotechnical design software such as Plaxis 2D, Plaxis 3D, GeoStudio, TEDDS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, and SAP.">
  • Audit Submission: Familiarity with Authorities' submission requirements and project management for civil and infrastructure engineering projects.">

  • Ground Improvement: Familiarity with ground improvement works (DCM, PVD, Surcharge & VF).">
  • Civil Design Expertise: Civil and structural design expertise.">
  • BIM Skills: BIM (Building Information Modeling) skills.">
