**Key Responsibilities**

 

In this role, you will attend to inbound calls and enquiries, providing personalized customer service and handling queries professionally. You will also be responsible for achieving first call resolution and following up with customers on unresolved issues. Additionally, you will perform quality assurance checks and provide feedback to respective business partners for improvements and enhancements.

 

**Cross-Selling and Alternative Channels**

 

You will introduce customers to self-service/automated banking channels and cross-sell bank products and services when appropriate. Your excellent communication skills and strong product knowledge will enable you to provide effective solutions to customers' queries.

 

**Compliance and Qualifications**

 

To ensure compliance with Group Policy and Standards, local laws and regulations, and control and procedures of the bank, you will adhere to all relevant guidelines and protocols. A degree holder with related working experience or a diploma holder with minimum 1 year of working experience in Contact Centre and/or Consumer Financial Services (Banking) is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

We offer a competitive salary range of $3,500 - $5,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
