Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Executive to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Liaison. This role plays a vital part in supporting the daily operations of our business and managing customer service relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that meets brand standards.
  • Establish strong rapport with students and customers, promoting a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, including administration, scheduling, and centre management.
  • Contribute to student enrolments, ensuring efficient processing and smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize resource utilization, schedule classes effectively, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • We provide comprehensive training to support your growth.
  • You must be proficient in standard English and possess excellent customer-oriented skills.
  • Bilingualism is an advantage, but not required.
  • Able to work a 5-day week with occasional flexible hours.
  • Immediate start is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $2600 - $2800 per month (competitive salary range).
