Job Title: Senior Manager, Rail Maintenance

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our rail maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing rail asset maintenance strategies in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and implement rail asset maintenance strategies in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure effective delivery of projects.
  • Familiarity with asset management systems, budgets, and fleet maintenance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or Project Management.
  • Preferably with tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5 to 10+ years of experience in rail maintenance or a similar engineering environment.
