Senior Rail Facilities Manager

Job Description:

As a Senior Rail Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of rail facilities. This includes developing and executing plans to improve facility efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve facility operations and reduce costs.
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure effective execution of projects and programs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in rail facilities management, preferably in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of rail industry standards and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
