About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at ST RECRUITMENT CENTRE. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, leveraging your product knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payments.
  • Foster a culture of excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and distribution business environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
