Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Sales Director to lead our telesales team and drive revenue growth.

About the Role

As a Telecommunications Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing effective strategies and business plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in telesales. You will lead internal and external teams, manage the performance of team members through target setting and daily monitoring, and maintain a database of customer information.

You will also share customer insights with key stakeholders to inform product development and ensure sales processes align with business objectives. Your experience in managing partnerships, negotiating agreements, and coaching direct reports will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and align with business objectives
  • Manage and monitor team performance, including KPI reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners and negotiate new agreements
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence within the team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in management, marketing, economics, or a closely related field
  • At least 7 years of work experience in telesales, with at least 5 years of management experience leading highly effective teams
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L
  • Experience managing partnerships and using online tools for dashboarding
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions. The salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
