Building Services Design Lead

Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Building Services Design Lead to spearhead the delivery of innovative mechanical design solutions for building projects locally and internationally.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from various disciplines to manage technically-excellent and profitable projects.
  • Develop new client relationships, maximize satisfaction, and ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering within a building services context.
  • Proficient in relevant design software including Revit, IES, CYMAP, and/or Hevacomp.
