Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our tax team and provide expert guidance to multinational clients. This role involves developing strategic solutions, advising on complex tax matters, and collaborating with government agencies to ensure timely compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tax strategies for multinational clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure seamless reporting and compliance.
  • Bulk strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, driving project pursuits and securing new revenue streams.
  • Supervise team assignments, providing mentorship and guidance to develop high-performing teams.
  • Support top management in enhancing the firm's reputation and industry standing through bold leadership and innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 12 years of working experience in professional services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Tax Advisor (TA) license is highly desirable.
  • Fluent English language proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
