Job Title: Skincare Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skincare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our spa operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality skincare treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their skin concerns and beauty goals.
  • Provide expert advice and recommend suitable skincare treatments tailored to individual needs.
  • Deliver a full range of services listed in the treatment menu with professionalism and care.

Customer Experience:

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Build strong rapport with clients to foster loyalty and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ensure client comfort throughout treatments while managing expectations effectively.

Spa Operations & Maintenance:

  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all treatment rooms and spa areas.
  • Sterilize tools and dispose of consumables in line with industry and spa standards.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of products and consumables, and report shortages to the supervisor for replenishment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; aesthetician license preferred.
