Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Swisslog Healthcare Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. as a Customer Service Assistant Engineer. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our systems and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance and Support
    • Regularly inspect and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance.
    • Follow maintenance schedules and procedures to prevent potential issues or malfunctions.
    • Conduct thorough checks, tests, and adjustments to keep systems in proper working order.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise with systems.
    • Utilize problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to identify root causes of problems.
    • Carry out effective troubleshooting procedures to restore system functionality.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements, ensuring their satisfaction.
    • Offer clear and effective communication to address customer inquiries, concerns, or requests.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and address any maintenance needs promptly.
    • Communicate effectively with relevant teams or departments to address complex or recurring issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Document and report any incidents, malfunctions, or system failures encountered.
    • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding the nature of the incident.
    • Include relevant data, such as time, date, and location of the incident, in the reports.

Working Arrangements
