Retail Space Planner

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with expertise in retail space planning and fixture design.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior design concepts tailored to retail environments. They will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Design Development: Create creative and functional interior design concepts that meet client objectives.
- Technical Drafting: Prepare detailed 2D drawings, including space plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- 3D Visualization: Create realistic 3D perspectives/renders to visualize the final retail space.
- Retail-Specific Detailing: Design and detail shopfronts, display units, product shelving, cashier counters, and feature walls.
- Material Selection: Propose and specify appropriate materials, finishes, color palettes, and fittings.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with clients, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Responsibilities include attending site meetings, inspections, and preparing necessary design packages and documents for authority submissions. We are looking for a skilled professional who can manage multiple projects under tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
