Job Description
The Site BD Excellence Engineer will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction within our manufacturing site in Singapore. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, reduce waste and increase efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance site performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these issues.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and make recommendations for further improvement.
- Provide training and coaching to production staff on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lead Kaizen events to drive breakthrough improvements and ensure sustainable results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
