Job Title: Sales & Billing Coordinator (1 year contract)

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Billing Coordinator to join our team. This is a 5-day role with flexible working hours.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and accounting, with a minimum Diploma qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create invoices for spare parts orders and service interventions
  • Submit invoices to customers via email or customer portal
  • Reconcile payables and receivables for CSS and CSF during month-end
  • Reconcile purchases, including definitive price reports and sub-con cost reports
  • Reconcile turnover, WIP, and stock on a monthly basis
  • Generate Cost of Sales Reports for spares, services, repairs, revamping, warranty, and vouchers
  • Prepare YTD Sales reports, cumulative sales reports, and monthly management reports
  • Assist with quarterly GST declarations to IRAS
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices
Responsibilities (continued):
  • Creation of quotations for spare part inquiries from customers
  • Processing of orders/POs from customers
  • Opening SO/WOs for customers
  • Confirming orders with customers within 1-3 weeks
  • Coordinating with CS France on delivery schedules, missing parts, and wrong part deliveries
  • Issuing Certificates of Origin/Quality as required
  • Creating proforma invoices for customers' orders
  • Checking payment details with the bank
  • Acting with integrity in all aspects of the job
Requirements:

A minimum Diploma qualification in Administration and Accounting is required, along with 2 years of experience in a similar role.
