Overnight Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Overnight Maintenance Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks.

  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and address any urgent repair needs to prevent facility downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues efficiently to minimize disruption to guests and staff.
  • Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests during night shifts, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs & maintenance activities to facilitate future reference and evaluation.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hotel operational standards to safeguard employees, guests, and assets.
  • Coordinate with day-shift maintenance teams for seamless follow-up work and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to effectively identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts, handle emergencies, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to guarantee quality results.
  • Physical fitness to perform duties safely and efficiently.
  • Willingness to work flexible night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (6 days a week).
