**Role Overview:**

A seasoned culinary professional is sought to spearhead nighttime cooking operations in a dynamic kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items according to company standards.

**Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook assigned dishes for serving as per the established menu.
  • Collaborate with the Unit Manager and Sous Chef to plan menus and recipes, ensuring seamless execution and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen area, processing equipment, and utensils at all times.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all equipment and report any faulty units to superiors immediately.

**Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience within a fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and safety.
  • Strong initiative, integrity, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
