Job Description:

The International Relations Division plays a key role in facilitating and coordinating activities that strengthen international partnerships. This position involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of international engagements, collaborations, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate logistics including event setup, sourcing, and liaising with vendors and stakeholders for international meetings, events, and visits.
  • Assist in performing background research, drafting correspondence and papers.
Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative roles, event coordination, protocol, or international relations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and resourceful individual who can work independently and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Cultural awareness and familiarity with international protocols and cross-cultural sensitivities is an advantage.

  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday (8:30 am - 6:00 pm), Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm).
