About the RoleAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and creating new opportunities for Builder. You'll identify and qualify high-potential leads, passing them to our senior sales team to take forward. Your success will determine the pace of growth for our entire company, developing the pipeline of future paying customers.
Responsibilities- Inbound and outbound lead generation activities to support our sales teams
- Identify target industries and organizations by working closely with our sales and marketing teams
- Gain a deep understanding of these target industries and organizations, including their challenges and goals
- Prospect into target organizations using a range of outbound sales tools, campaigns, events, and referrals
- Achieve your monthly goal of qualified opportunities for our sales team
- Maintain our CRM meticulously, ensuring all information is conveyed to our sales team
- Gain a deep understanding of Builder's USPs and communicate them effectively
- Create excellent templates for emails and phone calls, constantly testing and iterating to improve them
- 3-5 years of experience in lead generation in the technology space, with proficiency in speaking Bahasa language
- Keen interest in a career in a high-performing sales culture
- Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers quickly
- Driven and motivated, with a love for hitting targets
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Team player with demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales
