Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations professional to lead our Field Operations efforts in Analytics and Tech. As the point-of-contact for our regional field marketing team, you will provide strategic support on analytics, lead routing, and QA.

This role owns and manages key processes, workflows, and data sources, ensuring the APAC Field team executes campaigns efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to expert for all things analytics and reporting, proactively surfacing insights to improve and optimize field marketing performance.
  • Exhibit curiosity about our data, adopting a problem-solving mentality that seeks to answer why.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our Marketing Operations processes and MarTech stack to serve as a point of contact for the field marketing team.
  • Revamp old and create new processes and ways of working for our field marketers, driving adoption and compliance of new standards within the team.
  • Establish, manage, and automate QA processes, driving error reduction and continuous improvement of campaigns.
  • Ensure the field marketing team complies with established standards, templates, and processes.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and flawless campaign execution.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Metabase and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in QA tools and automation software, with experience in project management tools like Asana and Jira.
  • Strong background in developing and implementing processes and workflows in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical teams.

About the Role

This is a high-impact regional and global exposure opportunity, partnering closely with APAC field marketing teams while influencing global process and analytics improvements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Metabase, and Tableau, with a strong foundation in analytics, MarTech, and QA automation.

As a leader in this role, you will design and rollout new workflows and standards, directly improving efficiency, reducing errors, and boosting marketing ROI.

Additionally, you will work alongside Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, and Sales teams worldwide, strengthening your ability to navigate and influence in a complex matrixed organization.
